Dr. Mangat Ravindra (S.N.S.) was born on 4 April 1959 to Smt. Santarabai. He holds an M.A. in Hindi and is also qualified as an Ayurved Ratna. A distinguished literary figure from Korba, Chhattisgarh, he has made remarkable contributions to Chhattisgarhi literature through his writings and cultural activities
