Refund Policy
- Service-Based Payments:
Once a project has started (editing, designing, or publishing services initiated), payments made are non-refundable, as resources and time are already allocated. - Before Service Initiation:
If you cancel your registration before we begin work on your manuscript, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges. - Publishing Packages:
Refunds will not be applicable once a publishing package is confirmed and work has commenced. However, in rare cases of double payment or technical errors, we will process a refund within 7–10 business days. - Marketing & Promotions:
Since marketing campaigns require advance planning and third-party involvement, payments for these services are non-refundable once initiated.
Returns Policy
- Printed Books:
Books once printed and delivered cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. - Digital Books (eBooks):
eBook sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned, as they are delivered instantly through third-party platforms like Amazon Kindle.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or misprinted copy, please notify us within 7 days of delivery along with photographs as proof. We will review your request and arrange for a replacement copy.
