• Authors retain 100% ownership of their manuscript and published book.
• Inksight Publishers does not claim copyright over any content submitted.
• Authors are fully responsible for ensuring that their work is original and does not infringe on the rights of others.

3. Service Scope

• Our services include editing, designing, publishing, printing, distribution, and marketing as per the chosen package.
• Once a service has been initiated, it cannot be canceled or refunded (refer to our Refund & Returns Policy).
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance before services begin.
• Fees for services and publishing packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• In cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Distribution & Availability

• We ensure availability of books on leading platforms such as Amazon, Kindle, Flipkart, and other online channels.
• Availability on third-party platforms is subject to their policies and timelines, which are beyond our direct control.
• eBooks, once published, cannot be modified or recalled unless republishing is requested by the author with additional costs.

6. Marketing & Promotions

• Marketing and promotional services are carried out as per the package chosen.
• Results of marketing campaigns may vary depending on factors beyond our control (reader preferences, market demand, algorithms of online platforms, etc.).
• No guarantees of sales or rankings are provided, though we ensure maximum efforts to promote the book effectively.

7. Author Responsibilities

• Authors must provide manuscripts in digital format (Word/PDF).
• Authors are solely responsible for the authenticity and originality of their content.
• Inksight Publishers will not be held liable for copyright violations, plagiarism, or legal disputes related to the author’s content.

8. Confidentiality

• All manuscripts and author information shared with us are kept strictly confidential.
• We do not disclose or share your work with any third party without your consent, except as required for publishing or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Inksight Publishers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from publishing, distribution, or marketing services.
• Our responsibility is limited to providing the services as agreed in the chosen package.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
