About The Author

Dr. Niti Sharma is an academician, researcher, and management professional with over 13 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in higher education. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and specializes in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Student Development. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Baba Farid College of Engineering and Technology, Bathinda. She has published research papers, including Scopus-indexed publications, and has participated in national and international conferences.
Ms. Jaspreet Kaur is a dedicated educator with 14 years of teaching experience, including five years of service in higher education institutions and extensive experience in school education. She is currently serving as a Lecturer under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) at PM Shri Government Girls Senior Secondary School. Holding an MBA in Hospital Administration, she combines strong academic credentials with practical teaching expertise. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students toward academic excellence and skill development. Her commitment to learner-centered education, professional growth, and vocational training has enabled her to make a meaningful contribution to the development of young minds and future professionals.
Dr. Ravneet Kaur is an accomplished academician with over 12 years of teaching experience in the fields of Commerce and Management. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Government College for Girls, Ludhiana. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from RIMT University, where her doctoral research focused on the impact of financial literacy on the investment behavior of salaried women. A UGC-NET qualified, Dr. Kaur also holds an MBA with specialization in Finance and Economics. Her areas of interest include financial literacy, investment behavior, personal finance, and women’s financial empowerment. Through her teaching, research, and academic contributions, she continues to inspire students and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in management and commerce education.
