Description
About The Book
Health and wellness have always been an essential part of human life. Over the centuries, traditional healing and modern wellness practices have evolved to support physical wellbeing, self-care, and confidence. Among these practices, Cupping Therapy, Hijama, Facial Cupping, and Dermaplaning have gained growing interest in contemporary wellness and beauty settings.
This book brings these four areas together in a practical and easy-to-understand learning guide, connecting traditional knowledge with modern principles of hygiene, safety, and professional practice. It is designed for students, beginners, therapists, and beauty and wellness professionals who wish to build a clear foundation before entering practical work.
The book introduces the history, principles, materials, procedures, precautions, contraindications, hygiene practices, and essential safety considerations related to each therapy. Special attention is given to responsible practice, client consultation, proper preparation, after-care, and situations where a procedure should be avoided or performed only under appropriate supervision.
Rather than overwhelming the reader with unnecessary theory, this book focuses on practical knowledge, structured learning, and professional approach. It aims to bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern practice, helping learners develop confidence while understanding the importance of training, hygiene, ethics, and continuous learning.
This book is not merely a manual—it is a learning companion for anyone beginning their journey into cupping, Hijama, facial cupping, and dermaplaning.
