Dr. Parul Tripathi is an eminent academician, researcher, author, mentor, and transformational trainer whose professional journey reflects dedication, scholarship, and an unwavering commitment to holistic human development. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Banasthali Vidyapith, one of India’s premier institutions dedicated to women’s education and empowerment.
With over twenty-four years of extensive teaching experience at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, Dr. Tripathi has nurtured generations of learners through value-based education, critical inquiry, and compassionate mentorship. She completed her Ph.D. in Human Development in 2013 and earned her Master’s degree in the same discipline from Banasthali Vidyapith. Her academic journey stands as a testimony to perseverance, intellectual depth, and a lifelong devotion to knowledge creation and dissemination.
Dr. Tripathi has published more than 35 research papers in UGC-approved, peer-reviewed national and international journals. Her research spans diverse and contemporary areas including Human Development, Mental Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Studies, Family Dynamics, Women’s Holistic Growth, AI and Human Behaviour, and value-based education. She is the author of three books and has contributed scholarly chapters to edited volumes. Demonstrating innovation beyond conventional scholarship, she also holds one patent, reflecting her research-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
Her scholarly engagement extends to numerous national and international conferences across India, where she has presented research papers and contributed meaningfully to academic discourse. Beyond academia, Dr. Tripathi is a Certified Life Skills Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She successfully served as the Co-ordinator of a Seven-Day NLP Faculty Development Program, empowering educators with transformative communication strategies, emotional intelligence frameworks, and leadership competencies. Through counseling, training workshops, and panel discussions, she continues to guide individuals toward self-awareness, resilience, and purposeful living.
