Sunil Kumar Yadav ‘Baidpuriya’ was born on 5 June 1965 in the soil of Bihar, India. From an early age, he closely observed and experienced the rhythms of village life, its folk culture, and the realities of struggle. While Bihar is his birthplace, Uttar Pradesh became his karmabhoomi—the land where life taught him the true meaning of responsibility, discipline, and leadership.

A retired bank officer, he served for many years in the banking sector. During his professional journey, he was not only an employee but also a strong voice for his colleagues. Serving as Divisional Secretary and later as Deputy General Secretary in the union, he consistently stood up for fairness and the rights of his fellow workers. His ability to remain balanced in difficult circumstances and to take courageous decisions under pressure has been a defining trait of his personality. He has never stepped back from responsibility—whether in his profession, society, or personal life.

Social service is a natural extension of his character. Active participation in community issues, a constant connection with rural life, and open communication with people have always been an important part of his life. He believes that true respect comes not from position but from one’s conduct.
