About The Author

Dr. Anurita Gautam is an accomplished academic leader, educator, and researcher with over 15 years of combined experience across higher education and corporate management. Holding a Ph.D. in Management and qualified in the UGC-NET, they currently serve as an Associate Professor in Mumbai .
Throughout their career—which includes pivotal roles such as In-charge Principal Dr. Anurita Gautam has demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Management, Green HRM, Strategic Leadership, Industry 4.0/5.0 Pedagogy, and Educational Technology. She has also contributed as a compiler for Kavi Kulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University (KKSU), Nagpur for BBA and B.Com programs.
