About The Author:

Sushant Shrimant Waghmare is a researcher and academic scholar specializing in Animal Husbandry and Dairy Science. He is a Gold Medalist in Agricultural Animal Genetics and Breeding from SHUATS, Prayagraj, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. He has teaching experience and received the Young Researcher Award at an international conference. His research focuses on livestock production, dairy science, animal nutrition, and sustainable animal husbandry. Dr. Ram Pal Singh is an experienced academician and researcher specializing in Animal Genetics and Breeding, with over two decades of teaching and research experience. He holds an M.Sc. in Animal Science and a Ph.D. in Animal Genetics and Breeding. He has published 59 research papers and contributed to several books and research projects in livestock improvement and sustainable animal husbandry. He received the Distinguished Service Award (2021) for his significant contributions to Animal Genetics and Breeding. Vishalkumar Dattatraya Nikam is a Ph.D. Scholar in Livestock Production and Management at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, Maharashtra, with three years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor. He holds an M.Sc. in Animal Husbandry and Dairying from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. He secured First Rank in the ICAR-JRF PG (Animal Science) Entrance Examination in 2018 and received the prestigious ICAR Junior Research Fellowship. His academic interests include livestock management, animal husbandry, and scientific education. Siddesh Hindurao Alavekar is a horticulture scholar and agricultural entrepreneur pursuing a Ph.D. in Fruit Science at SHUATS, Prayagraj. He has authored three books and published several research papers and articles in horticulture. He is a co-inventor of a Fruit Ripeness Scanner Device, registered with the Patent Office of India. His achievements include the Best Research Scholar Award (2025), the Outstanding Contribution in Horticulture Award (2025), and first prize at the Uttar Pradesh Government Fruit, Vegetable, and Flower Exhibition. Dr. Deepak Lall is a distinguished horticultural scientist and Assistant Professor at SHUATS, Prayagraj, holding a Ph.D. in Horticulture (Fruit Science). He has authored and edited several books, published numerous research papers, and holds design patents in horticultural research. His expertise includes fruit production, post-harvest management, organic farming, and sustainable horticulture. He has received prestigious honours, including the Best Scientist Award (2025), Best Academician Award (2025), Excellence in Teaching Award (2024), and Distinguished Scientist Award (2024).
